Large extendable tables with chairs and benches form the dining area where 22 guests can socialise and dine together. The 50″ smart TV with karaoke machine means you won’t need to leave the house for your fun! With the cosy nook and vintage bar area at the end of the room, you can shake up a cocktail and nestle into the wall garden for the perfect Instagram shot.

A marbled wet room with shower, wash basin and a toilet can be found at the rear.

The large footstools serve as extra seating perfect for larger group gatherings for drinks and nibbles or games nights.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4)
Two double beds dressed in monochrome cushions and throws with painted grey floor boards and colourful prints. Mirror on the back of the door and a hanging rail for your belongings.
Bedroom 3: (sleeps 8)
Spacious bedroom with large windows, painted floor boards, pale blue ceilings and an eye-catching chandelier. Four double beds sleep eight in white crisp linen and contemporary cushions and throws.

The roof terrace is a great space to chill out on the rattan sofa and chairs on a summer’s evening with a glass of bubbly. The views over the city’s rooftops to the north and the sea to the south.
