When you pay for a booking, your card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We rely on Stripe so that your card data is handled securely by a specialist.
- Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant (the global security standard for handling card data).
- Your full card number, expiry date and CVC are entered directly into Stripe's systems. They are not passed through, processed by, or stored on our servers.
- Stripe issues us a secure token that represents your card. We store this token, not your raw card details.
- When a payment is taken (for your booking or any agreed follow-up charges), we use the token to instruct Stripe to charge your card. Your card data never leaves Stripe.
You can read more about Stripe's security practices at stripe.com/docs/security.
