Pet Policy

Some of our properties are pet-friendly and welcome small pets. To confirm, please refer to the individual listing description or select the ‘pets’ option when searching for availability.

We’re delighted to welcome pets to some of our properties, but please follow these guidelines so we can continue offering pet-friendly properties:

• Ensure all cats and dogs are fully vaccinated and flea-treated before arrival.
• Keep pets off furniture and out of bedrooms.
• Bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels to dry them off if wet.
• Remove all droppings from outdoor spaces and any hair or paw marks indoors.
• Do not leave dogs unattended.
• We generally allow one medium/large dog or two small dogs—call for details.
• Any pet-related damage or extra cleaning will be deducted from your deposit (you agree to cover costs above the deposit).

Yes, you will need to add the £30 pet supplement when making your booking. We also require a refundable pet security deposit of £100 to cover any potential damages.
