It is also ideal for conference delegates with the Brighton Centre just around the corner! Set foot outside the front door and you’ll find that shops, bars and the city-wide bus service are a two minute walk away and the beach is even closer. Staying here will really give you that city break feeling drawing on the best of Brighton.

With a rich, dark brown L shaped work surface, the kitchen has white units contrasting against green metro tiles and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs. There is a gas hob with electric oven and grill, fridge, microwave and a washing machine. The quirky green birdy shelf houses some ornaments.
The dining area by the bow windows, from which you can get a glimpse of the sea, has a round edged square table offering seating for four people.
The sitting area has a large corner sofa, which converts to a sofa bed to sleep two, and a glass coffee table. Trio of pictures and a large gilt mirror complete the modern theme. There is flat screen TV.
