The house is just a stone’s throw from the seafront, and a short walk to Brighton Pier, The Lanes and West Street with selection of bars and nightlife.

Modern integrated kitchen with contrasting units housing a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven grill combo. A free standing fridge freezer and microwave gives completes the facilities. The clever convertible dining table can be pulled out and extended to dine in if you fancy, or to hang out around whilst chatting over tea and biscuits.
This is a great social space with two sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed by night, along with a scattering of cube seats to sit around on. A wall mounted flat screen TV takes care of your entertainment.
